Big News!

This year is a new beginning for the We Care Twin Cities Half Marathon, we will have a few changes but we plan to continue to be the fun home-town race you have come to know and love.

This year, and hopefully for many years to come ,we will have The Baby Fold as the beneficiary of the races. We are joining with The Baby Fold to continue with our support of local charities.

One of the changes this year will be that we will not be requiring the use of the HydroPouch, if you wish to use your HydroPouch, please indicate that on your race registration and we will accommodate their use. We will be offering the standard mode of race hydration, offering water and Gatorade in paper cups.

For all Saturday events, another way to support the community is the optional prayer focus points. At every mile marker, there will be a prayer focus (i.e. local leaders, teachers, homeless, etc…) for which runners may choose to pray as they run.

We will also have ‘Barnabas Runners’ during our Saturday events. Barnabas was known as the Great Encourager. We will have Barnabas Runners the last few miles if you need someone to help you finish or just to keep you going. We are all about helping you finish!

We care about our runners. We want you to succeed. If you have never run a half marathon before, this is a good one for you. The course is relatively flat. The weather is generally good at the end of September.

For the safety of all participants, absolutely no dogs, strollers or headphones will be permitted on the course.
